30-Day Return Window
If your gear shows up and it’s not quite what you expected, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back.
Condition
Just make sure the item is in new, unused condition with the original packaging. If it’s been installed, worn, tested in the wild, or shows signs of use, we can’t take it back.
How to Start a Return
Shoot us a message and we’ll get you set up with a return number and instructions.
(Return shipping costs are typically on you unless we made a mistake — in that case, we’ll make it right.)
Refunds
Once your return lands back at our place and we give it a quick look-over, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. It usually takes a few business days for your bank to process it.
